FALCONE is an energetic, colourful, and flamboyant ristorante Napoletano founded by Black Sheep Restaurants in Central Hong Kong. It honours Napoli’s frenetic energy and animated streets, where life is embraced in all of its colours – the highs and the lows; the vices and the virtues; the romance and the grit.
This short documentary offers a glimpse into the first-hand research process that went into the creation of Falcone, as the Black Sheep team dives deep into one of the most influential culinary cultures of the world.
