A 10 minute short documentary establishing the new chef and new location for BELON, an award winning (1 MICHELIN Star, 25 on Asia’s 50 Best) neo-Parisian restaurant in Hong Kong’s trendy Soho district.

Filmed over the course of three days, one spent entirely in the kitchen to capture the whole process of preparing their opening night menu, the next with the front of house team preparing for service, and finally sitting down for to interviews with the team after immersing ourselves in their world.
