An introduction to new chef ArChan Chan tied into the rebranding and renovation of Ho Lee Fook, one of Black Sheep Restaurants’ flagship concepts. The video is a love letter to the beautiful, vibrant, chaotic city we call home based on Hong Kong cinema of the 80s, Wong Kar-Wai in the 90s, and a dash of the rebellious hip-hop spirit of the original restaurant.
