A tongue-in-cheek introduction to the world of Crown Super Deluxe, Black Sheep Restaurant’s “lavish teppanyaki affair”. A third-culture cuisine born in Kobe in 1945, teppanyaki bears strong influences from both Japan and the United States. At Crown Super Deluxe, we melded the best of both worlds: all the refinement and luxury of a Kobe teppanyaki but with a dash of Rocky Aoki’s American dream.
